Critical illness claim
It’s easy to start a critical illness claim – just call us or email us on [email protected]
To expediate the process, please have the following information ready before you notify us of a claim:
- your contact details (inc. policy number)
- basic information about your condition
- the critical illness definition that you’re claiming against (please refer to your policy terms and conditions)
- your GP and Consultant contact details.
Child Critical illness claim

- the age of your child
- basic information about your child’s condition
- the critical illness definition that you’re claiming against (please refer to your policy terms and conditions)

Terminal illness claim

Death claim
It’s easy to start a death claim – just call us or email us on [email protected]
To expediate the process, please have the following information ready before you notify us of a claim:
- your contact details (inc. relationship to the deceased)
- information about the cause of death (please tell us as much information as possible)
- confirm if full death certificate has been received
- confirm deceased’s GP and Consultant contact details

How we can support you
- Terminal Illness Cover:
You can make an early claim on your life insurance policy if you’re diagnosed with a terminal illness with less than 12 months to live before the last 12 months of your policy. We offer this as standard on all Beagle Street policies so that you can have time to put your affairs in order while you are still here and enjoy your remaining time without financial stresses. - Bereavement trained claims handlers:
If your loved ones are calling to make a claim, we know it will be an extremely distressing time for them. All our claims handlers go through a bespoke bereavement training programme so you know your loved ones will always be treated with the utmost care and compassion. - Companions service:
Our companions service offers access to a dedicated personal nurse to provide long-term practical advice and emotional support throughout your claim and to your loved ones afterwards. - No valid policy goes unclaimed:
To make sure no policy goes unclaimed, we carry out a regular search of the death records. This means that if the worst was to happen, and your loved ones were unaware of your policy, we would do our best to contact them and make sure they receive the payout you wanted for them.
