Can I change a payment date?

Yes, your payment date is flexible. You can choose whichever day in the month you’d like your direct debit to be taken. Give us a call if you want to change the date.

How can I change my personal details?

If your address or contact details change, here’s how you can contact us to amend them on your policy so that our records are up to date:

Please ensure you provide your full name, date of birth, email address and post code when contacting us via email.

If your life insurance is written in trust, you can also add or amend your trust beneficiaries by getting in contact with us the same way as above.

How do I change my cover amount for life insurance?

Once you accept your policy, your cover and monthly premiums are set. It’s not possible to change the amount of cover on a policy once it’s begun.

If you want to change the size of your life insurance cover amount, you can call us on 0800 048 0480. Our team can assist you in cancelling your existing policy and setting up a new one or adding an additional policy to top up your cover.

How do I change my cover length for life insurance?
