What if I’m not accepted straight away?
Your life insurance cover begins once we offer you a policy based on your application and you accept by confirming payment. In a small number of cases, we might have some extra questions to clarify your application or request a medical. In this situation, we’ll contact you for the information we need to finalise your policy.
You won’t be covered, and your premiums won’t begin, until we have these details and can officially offer you cover but you will be covered by accidental death benefit until we’ve made our decision.
